Midfielder Montgomery, who has made 28 appearances for the Daggers since joining from Isthmian League Premier Division side Wealdstone in January last year, has joined Conference side Hayes on a month-long deal.
Fellow midfield man Green, who has yet to feature for the first-team and spent the early part of the season on loan at Conference South Braintree Town, joins Chelmsford City on a similar deal.
