Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still insists that he has not changed his methods after his first 10 games in League One. The Daggers have made a competitive start to life in the third tier, collecting 10 points from their opening 10 games to climb out of the relegation zone. Still told the Football League podcast: "There are a lot of clubs in League One who you would class as big clubs and we know we have gone up a level. "The players are a lot better, I don`t think there`s any doubt about that. "If we make a mistake it is a goal and you have to score nearly every chance you get to compete at this level. "I have not changed my beliefs or how I coach but I am learning to adapt to new challenges very quickly."
