Daggers made it an anxious night for Brighton`s fans as early as the 24th second when John Akinde gave the visitors the lead, but the Seagulls eventually snatched the win which secured their promotion back to the Championship.
Still said: "We came to win and played fantastically well. We played with real purpose and unfortunately for us we didn't quite get what we deserved.
"We didn't come for a point and the key was we came to attack, and this is the way you get at Brighton.
"I am very happy with the manner of the performance and it tells me that we are in good shape, playing well and more than capable of staying up. We are very optimistic of doing so."
