Yeovil Town once again underlined their status as Nationwide Conference champions by thrashing Dagenham & Redbridge at Victoria Road.
From the outset, there looked to be only one winner as Yeovil, who were bright and lively up front as well as being first to every ball, inflicted the Daggers' worst home defeat of this season.
On 24 minutes, Darren Way crossed from the right, Kirk Jackson headed the ball back across goal and Kevin Gall headed home from close range.
Daggers fought back, Paul Terry saw his header saved from close range and Daggers looked like they may grab an equaliser, but on the stroke of half time, Paul Gothard was harshly adjudged to have felled Jackson, but the Daggers keeper earned justice by saving Michael McIndoe's spot-kick superbly.
Three minutes into the second half and Yeovil looked to have sealed the win. Nick Crittenden's cross from the right found Jackson in yards of space and he fired the ball into the corner.
Crittenden's through ball then found Gall and he squared the ball to Jackson, who had a simple tap-in to make it 3-0.
Now it was all Yeovil and Lee Johnson sent in another cross from the right and Jackson arrived quickly in the box to meet the ball from close range and it was turning into a rout with 22 minutes still to play.
The Daggers were saved from further embarrassment from an uncharacteristically lacklustre display, Yeovil had a couple more chances towards the end, but the game petered out with Daggers heading to the play-offs and Yeovil heading to Division Three.
