Woking plunged to second bottom of the Conference despite this record eighth consecutive draw.
A dire opening 45 minutes saw just one decent effort apiece from Mark Rooney for Daggers and Ben Townsend for the Cards.
Townsend's effort was a fierce low shot which might have caught out a more experienced keeper, but Daggers replacement, Paul Gothard, was equal to the task getting down smartly to his right to turn the effort aside at full stretch.
Defender Steve Heffer cleared the danger before anyone else could react.
That was it as far as any sort of action went in what was a dull opening 45 minutes dominated by the difficult windy conditions.
The action livened up in the second half with Woking keeper Ashley Bayes forced into a flying save from substitute Danny Shipp whose effort from outside the box was a measured one.
Woking introduced Warren Patmore to the fray for the ineffective Amos Foyewa ten minutes after the break, but it was Shipp again who caught the eye, flashing a long-range effort across the crossbar after Danny Hill had set him up.
Woking continued to search for a goal, despite the visitors getting more of a foothold in the match and Townsend came desperately close to providing it. He won a crunching tackle with Paul Terry before unleashing a tremendous 30-yard shot which Gothard acrobatically turned aside.
Neil Smith had a wonderful chance to grab a win for the home side when Raphael Nade squared to him inside the penalty area. The midfielder was all alone but chose to shoot first time, the ball sailing over the bar.
Woking threw everything they could at Daggers in the final ten minutes but they were frustrated at every turn and they now face a big task in the final two matches to stay up.
