A last-ditch header from Woking defender Tom Hutchinson gave the hosts a point in a thrilling 2-2 draw against Dagenham at Kingfield.
Hutchinson's goal deep into stoppage time, cancelled what looked to be the winner from Dagenham's Cliff Akurang, as his penalty was converted in the 90th minute.
It was a match that neither side deserved to lose and was a real advert for all that is good about Conference football.
After a quiet start, Dagenham scored a bizarre opener on 11 minutes. Skipper Anwar Uddin hit what looked to be harmless free kick into the Woking penalty area from his own half and, on any other day, Cards' keeper Shwan Jalal would have dealt with it comfortably, but the England non-league keeper misjudged the flight of the ball which sailed through his hands and into the back of the net.
Having gradually regained their composure Woking struck back just after the half hour mark. A penetrative ball from Karl Murray found Jon Nurse in the box and when he squared to Craig McAllister, the striker's first attempt was saved by Tony Roberts before he bundled the rebound towards the goal line where Guiseppe Sole got the final touch.
Woking came out with all guns blazing in the second half with Dagenham forced to defend deep as the hosts looked dangerous from dead balls and, in particular, from Neil Smith's long throws into the area.
The Cards came closest in their early spell when Smith set up Gary MacDonald who angled a shot towards the top corner only for Roberts to be equal to it.
Jalal then made an incredible double save from Craig Mackail-Smith and Paul Benson who should have scored with the follow up to his colleagues' superb half-volleyed effort.
A dramatic late penalty from Akurang, when Hutchinson was adjudged to have handled, looked to have given the visitors all three points. But Hutchinson popped up to get his reward for a battling display with the all-important equaliser.
